For over 18 years, our team at Universal Landscape Corporation (ULC) has created exceptional landscape construction. We are thoughtful throughout the process so our customers can enjoy their outdoor living while confident in the long term stability of our product. We enjoy interacting with our customers and receive many project expansion requests from return customers. We specialize in landscape construction which includes excavation, drainage, rock outcroppings, as well as retaining walls, patios, walkways, and sitting areas. We also provide total yard renovation from lawn and planter bed rebuilds to water features and concrete products. If you have innovative ideas, we are happy to collaborate as our main goal is to provide spectacular landscaping.

Our Process
Approaching a landscape project is exciting but can feel overwhelming to the customer. We are here to help! Our goal is to provide professional and straight forward service to you.
1. Contact Us
Call, email, or text us to schedule an appointment to go over your project. We will gather your info and project details to set up your account for the meeting.
2. Schedule Appointment
Randy or Joey will be scheduled to meet with you to go over your project. This usually takes about 30 minutes or more depending on the size of your project. Looking for ideas? Randy and Joey are experts at offering options in line with the vision of the homeowner.
3. Free Estimate
An estimate will be provided at no additional charge. This will detail the scope of the project with estimated cost.
4. Schedule The Project
Follow up with us to get on our schedule. Feel free to let us know if you have questions or adjustments to the bid.
5. Project
We take pride in staying on time with our scheduled start date and completing projects in a timely manner. Randy and Joey like to do a quick review of the project on the first day with the customer to ensure scope. Want to add on to your project? We are more than happy to discuss schedule options at any point.
6. Payment
A fifty percent deposit is required at project start. The remainder is due at project completion.
7. Satisfaction
Our customers are happy at project completion. We stand by our work. If there is any faulty installation from our work, we make sure to follow up to correct or repair in a timely manner.
8. Return Customers
