Universal Landscape Corporation is a family-run landscape contractor building distinctive outdoor spaces across Snohomish County, North King County and South Skagit County, WA. Owners Randy Metz and Joey Istvan have been designing and installing large-scale landscape construction projects since 2005, refining their craft on every job and earning a loyal base of repeat customers throughout the region.
Our team handles the full range of landscaping and hardscape work using pavers, concrete, and stone to create patios, walkways and steps. We also specialize in retaining walls, rock outcroppings and water features. We build with quality materials and an eye for detail — Pennsylvania bluestone patios, permeable pavers, boulder placements and custom woodwork — so your finished landscape looks great and holds up for years.
Good drainage is what protects all of it. Using high-tech excavation equipment that reaches tight spaces as well as machines built for large-scale grading, we plan and install drainage lines and proper grading that move water away from your home and keep patios, walls and lawns from failing. If a soggy yard or water pooling near the foundation is the problem, we design the fix into the project from the start.
Every project begins with a free, no-pressure estimate and a walkthrough with Randy or Joey to talk through your ideas and budget. We do the work ourselves, stay on schedule, and stand behind every installation.
