Drought Tolerant Landscaping

Installed eco friendly "Buckskin" colored gravel replacing dead lawn. Pennsylvania Sandstone pathway installed as well. With layer of weed fabric below gravel, this has become a maintenance free/eco friendly yard. Plus it looks great!

Yard Renovation - Concrete Patio

Full yard renovation.  Reference Before and After Yard Renovation project for before and after photos.  Lawn size reduced and following installed: new sod, concrete patio, raised plant beds, plants and topsoil installed, decorative pavers, and gravel path.  Notice the detail.

WOW!!!  That is ONE piece of Pennsylvania Blue Stone that Randy is setting.  This part of the project will be natural stone steps leading to a beautiful natural blue stone patio in our customer's back yard.  We are mid project here, completion photos coming soon  . . .

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine. I had the pleasure of working with Alice on redecorating my childhood home that hadn’t been touched up since I was a teen in the 80’s.
