Business owners Randy Metz and Joey Istvan have been creating large scale, landscape construction installations since 2005 and are becoming more refined in their craft every year.

OUR PROCESS
Approaching a landscape project is exciting but can feel overwhelming to the customer. We are here to help! Our goal is to provide professional and straight forward service to you.
Our process:
Contact us - Eileen Istvan (Joey's wife) is our primary first contact for scheduling your appointment. She will gather your info and project details to set up your account for the meeting.
Schedule appointment - Randy or Joey will be scheduled to meet with you to go over your project. This usually takes about 30 minutes or more depending on the size of your project. Looking for ideas? Randy and Joey are experts at offering options in line with the vision of the homeowner.
Free estimate - An estimate will be provided at no additional charge. This will detail the scope of the project with estimated cost.
Schedule the project - Follow up with us to let us know if you are interested in getting on our schedule. Feel free to let us know if you have questions or adjustments to the bid.
Project - We take pride in staying on time with our scheduled start date and completing projects in a timely manner. Randy and Joey like to do a quick review of the project on the first day with the customer to ensure scope. Want to add on to your project? We are more than happy to discuss schedule options at any point.
Payment - A fifty percent deposit is requested at project start. The remainder is due at project completion.
Satisfaction - Our customers are happy at project completion. We stand by our work. If there is any faulty installation from our work that was agreed upon on the estimate, we make sure to follow up to correct or repair in a timely manner.

We hired ULC after admiring the work done on a neighbor’s yard. Our house was a new build with very little landscaping in the back. ULC installed a sprinkling system, set bushes around the perimeter of a retaining wall, put in lawn, and created a fabulous rock garden-stairs down a steep slope. We hired ULC again the next summer and they are in the process of creating a small patio/garden area in the lower part of the yard. The work always turns out 100 times better than what I envisioned. I highly recommend this company.
